Hussein sets Jordan poll date
King Hussein dissolved Jordan's parliament and scheduled the first multi-party legislative elections in 37 years for 8 November. The King issued a royal decree dissolving the 80- member lower house of parliament, elected in November 1989 on a non-party basis, AP reports from Amman.
