BRUSSELS (AFP) - The International Federation of Journalists said it was sending a mission of inquiry to Turkey to investigate the killing of a Turkish journalist in a car-bomb blast in Ankara on Sunday. The IFJ said the journalist, Ugur Mumcu, was the 13th journalist murdered in Turkey in just over a year.
