Anders Behring Breivik has attacked a psychiatric report that declared him insane, claiming it was based on "evil fabrications" meant to portray him as irrational and unintelligent.
"It is not me who is described in that report," Breivik told the court in Oslo yesterday. The right-wing extremist has admitted killing 77 people in July last year but denies criminal responsibility.
Breivik's mental state is the key issue that remains unresolved. The court will rule on whether Breivik is sent to jail or into psychiatric care.
