A Malawian man has been fined the equivalent of pounds 4 for squeezing too hard when he shook the hand of the country's First Lady, AFP reports from Blantyre. Mutisunge Kanjakaya, 31, allegedly overreacted while welcoming President Bakili Muluzi and his wife, Ann, at the airport in Lilongwe on 22 June.
