BUCHAREST - Romanian and Bulgarian authorities yesterday massed forces at the Calafat-Vidin border point on the frontier with Serbia to try to stop two more Serbian oil convoys breaking the UN embargo against former Yugoslavia, the official Romanian news agency Rompres said, AFP reports.
