Nairobi - Human rights violations by the Kenyan government threaten to push the country towards Rwanda-style anarchy, says the Kenyan Human Rights Commission.
Its 1993 annual report accuses the government of 'horrifying acts of brutality' against members of the opposition-supporting ethnic groups, especially the majority Kikuyu. AFP
