The judge in the case of Erik Menendez, who claims he and his brother Lyle killed their millionaire parents in self-defence after years of abuse, declared a mistrial when jurors reported a deadlock for a third time, AFP reports from Los Angeles. The jury hearing the case against Lyle Menendez continued deliberations.
