Angry Jordanians, stung by an Iraqi decree that made some of their hoarded Iraqi banknotes worthless, lit cigarettes with old 25-dinar notes bearing the head of the Iraqi President, Saddam Hussein, yesterday, Reuter reports from Amman. 'It's cheaper than a match,' said Mohammed Yunis, a trader waiting outside a money- changer's office in the hope of unloading some of them at a discount.
