BELGRADE - The Montenegrin President, Momir Bulatovic, was re-elected by a wide margin over his staunchly pro-Serbian opponent, final election results showed yesterday, AP reports.

Mr Bulatovic, who has indicated that he might reconsider Montenegro's alliance with Serbia, won 63.3 per cent of the vote in a run-off on Sunday.
