FRANKFURT (Reuter) - The German chemical group Hoechst denied that an accident at a Frankfurt plant last week could have covered the area with a highly-toxic chemical. Greenpeace had said earlier that the Frankfurt district had narrowly escaped being covered by a cloud of highly toxic dioxin.
