OSLO (Reuter) - The first tests for radioactivity in Arctic seas off Russia showed no signs of leakage near nuclear waste secretly dumped by the Soviet navy, Norwegian scientists said. Russia says the navy dumped 13 nuclear reactors and thousands of barrels of radioactive waste in the area from 1968 to 1982.
