Bratislava - The ousted Slovak prime minister, Vladimir Meciar, staging a political comeback with his Movement for a Democratic Slovakia well ahead in the opinion polls, was barred from voting in parliamentary elections. He arrived to vote in the capital, Bratislava, but failed to find his name on the electoral register. Reuter
