NEW YORK - A factory worker who gunned down two young muggers will not be charged with murder, although he will face up to 15 years in prison for illegally possessing a gun, Reuter reports. Arthur Boone, who lives in a crime-ridden section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn, pulled out a powerful

.44-calibre Magnum pistol and killed the two youths, aged 15 and 19, as they tried to rob him outside a store.
