Brussels (Reuter) - Two Belgians who flew halfway across Europe in a motorised hang-glider to celebrate the end of the Iron Curtain have been under house arrest in Ukraine since Monday because they overflew a military airport. Luc Lefevre and Carl Resimont were put under house arrest after overflying the airport near Priluki, 60 miles east of Kiev.
