TALLINN (AP) - An oil tanker that ran aground off the Estonian coast has leaked thousands of gallons of oil and was in danger of breaking apart in strong winds. Workers abandoned attempts to salvage the Estonian tanker Kihnu and rescue its nine-man crew. The ship was carrying 1,500 tonnes of oil.
