The Israeli government has offered to allow the return next month of 192 of the 396 Palestinian activists deported last December, a spokesman said yesterday, AP reports from Jerusalem. The rest of the Palestinians living in no man's land between Israel and Lebanon will be allowed back into the occupied territories in December.
