PARIS (Reuter) - A French regional newspaper has changed its price from francs to Ecus, the European currency unit, to celebrate Sunday's referendum on the Maastricht treaty. The daily began posting its price at 0.67 Ecus instead of 4.50 francs. 'Readers must get used to Europe,' said Didier Fleaux, editor of L'Echo Republicain, published in Chartres.
