The United States offered a draft document to Palestinians and Israelis aimed at moving the Middle East peace talks forward, and a top US diplomat, Dennis Ross, will visit the region next week, Reuter reports from Washington. A State Department spokesman said the US document was 'an effort to help identify the differences that exist' between Israel and the Palestinians.
