PARIS (AFP) - France protested to Libya yesterday after a French magistrate investigating the bombing of a UTA airliner over Niger in September 1980 was turned back from Tripoli, the Foreign Ministry said. Jean-Louis Bruguiere had to turn back when Libyan officials refused to allow him to disembark from a French Navy ship, sources said.
