BUCHAREST (Reuter) - A rat brought Romanian television programmes and newspaper presses to a halt when it jumped into transmission equipment and electrocuted itself, the newspaper Romania Libera said. Television screens blacked out and machinery in the printing rooms at the House of Free Press ground to a halt during the 20-minute power cut on Tuesday.
