MOSCOW - Police have arrested a right-wing leader who helped conservative hardliners defend the White House parliament building in October, Reuter reports. Interfax agency said that Alexander Barkashov, head of the banned nationalist and anti-Semitic Russian National Unity movement, was arrested late last week. He was the last ringleader of the rebellion still being sought.
