An elderly Australian woman was seriously injured when a rottweiler attacked her in the street before killing and eating a kitten, Reuter reports from Sydney.

The dog lunged at the 80-year-old woman, biting her hands, legs and arms, an ambulance spokesman said, then attacked the kitten.
