Russian Orthodox priest gives Prime Minister a warm greeting on a cold day

John Major meets a priest in Nizhny Novgorod yesterday. The temperature was several degrees below freezing but, asked why he was not wearing his Russian fur hat, Mr Major said with a smile: 'Not a bit of it. It is a nice, pleasant spring day.'
