Serbian police unveiled video footage of an excavation site near Belgrade yesterday, one of several mass graves containing what they claim are the bodies of ethnic Albanians massacred by Serb forces in Kosovo, then put ina truck and dumped into the Danube.

The exhumed bodies may shed light on a case of mass murder which is being linked to the former president Slobodan Milosevic and his senior commanders.

In the film, police experts, unearth a human skull, one half of a human skull, a human jaw and one long bone. The remains are clearly visible.

Officials announced last monththat two years ago 86 bodies were found in a refrigerated truck dumped in the Danube near the Romanian border. They were then buried at a police training centre in Batajnica, 10 miles north-west of Belgrade.
