Moscow (AP) - Russia's harvest is two weeks behind schedule, with 26 million tons less grain harvested so far this year compared to this time last year. But the Agriculture Minister, Victor Khlystun, said this year's harvest is expected to yield 92m to 96m tons of grain, about 3m to 7m more tons than last year.
