PRAGUE (AP) - The Czechoslovak Prime Minister, Jan Strasky, indicated yesterday that splitting the federation in two could take longer than planned because of hard bargaining between the two republics and with the parliamentary opposition. His caretaker government could have to make provisions to continue governing beyond 30 September, Mr Strasky said.
