SAN SEBASTIAN (Reuter) - A bomb exploded in an underground car park in the Basque city of San Sebastian, wounding a man and damaging two cars. The wounded man and another man who escaped were suspected of throwing a petrol bomb at a French television vehicle.

A crew from France's Antenne 2 is in San Sebastian to cover the Tour de France cycling race, which starts in northern Spain today.
