WARSAW (Reuter) - Poland's government said it would seek special powers to bypass parliament on important reforms. An official said the government had decided to ask parliament to let it issue decrees with the force of law in five areas: industrial restructuring, privatisation, reform of public finances, agriculture, ensuring 'a just and safe state' and 'social security of citizens'.
