Iran's second Russian-made submarine has arrived in Bandar Abbas, at the mouth of the Gulf, Reuter reports from Dubai. Iran, the only Gulf state operating submarines, had ordered three Kilo-class diesel-powered submarines from Moscow in a deal worth more than dollars 600m ( pounds 400m). The first arrived in November.
