BERNE (Reuter) - The Swiss parliament elected Adolf Ogi, the Transport and Energy Minister, to the rotating presidency. Mr Ogi, a committed pro-European, was elected by 208 votes of the 246-member parliament. He succeeds Rene Felber, the Foreign Minister.
