MADRID (AFP) - Spain's highest court indicted seven former senior government officials in a scandal over tainted oil that has killed 600 people and injured 25,000 since 1981. They were charged with homicidal negligence in one of Spain's biggest scandals since the death of Francisco Franco in 1975.
