PARIS (AP) - A unit of riot police yesterday demolished a tent city housing hundreds of poor African immigrants, scattering them from a squalid camp erected as a demand for adequate housing. The expulsions from the Bois de Vincennes, east of Paris, began at dawn. The hundreds of residents were taken to temporary housing.
