ISTANBUL (Reuter) - Thirty bomb explosions rocked Istanbul and four other Turkish cities ahead of the Kurdish Nowrouz spring festival. Seven people were seriously wounded. The Turkish Workers' Peasants' Liberation Army was thought responsible.
