A father and son with links to the extreme right have been arrested in connection with a series of letter-bomb attacks in Austria, AFP reports from Vienna .
The two men were identified only as a 66-year-old former chemist, Franz R, and his 26-year-old son, who has the same name. The son served a jail sentence last year for trying to restore Nazi rule in Austria. The Interior Minister, Franz Loeschnak, said that the two men were extremists and had links with VAPO, an ultra-radical militant movement.
