Ukraine to get security deal

The United States, Russia and Britain have agreed to sign a document providing security guarantees for Ukraine once it joins the Non-Proliferation Treaty, Reuter reports from Kiev. Ukraine's top arms negotiator said that 'once the Start-1 accord is implemented and Ukraine adheres to NPT, a separate multilateral document will be drawn up and signed on national security guarantees for Ukraine'.
