Bulgarian judicial officials put off sending the ousted Communist dictator Todor Zhivkov to jail yesterday to serve a seven-year sentence for embezzlement, citing the 82-year-old former leader's poor health, Reuter reports from Sofia. Sentencing was delayed for two months.
