The actor-painter Anthony Quinn, 78, fathered a child with a former secretary, agencies reports from New York. The baby, Patricia, whose mother was identified only as Kathy, is Quinn's 11th child. And on 7 August a girl, Francesca Ruth Fisher Eastwood, was born to Clint Eastwood, 63, and his actress companion, Frances Fisher, 41.
