The glitterati of the cinema world are rubbing shoulders again in Cannes but most Hollywood moguls have steered clear of this year's film festival, Reuter reports from Cannes. The 11-day competition for the prestigious Golden Palm award opens today. Clint Eastwood is chairing the jury.
