Some 20 French fishermen intercepted vehicles carrying fish and destroyed the contents, AFP reports from Saintes. France's fishermen say they are being driven out of business by cheap imports of foreign fish and voted by more than a 70 per cent majority to continue a week-long strike at main ports.
