Mobs in Ivory Coast attacked Ghanaians and looted their property, killing at least one woman, after coach-loads of Ivorian soccer fans were assaulted in neighbouring Ghana, Reuter reports from Abidjan.

The violence erupted as 2,000 supporters of the ASEC football club came home from Ghana complaining of appalling treatment on their way to and from Sunday's African Champions' Cup semi-final against Asante Kotoko in Kumasi.
