Former Japanese minister arrested

Japanese prosecutors arrested a former construction minister linked to a growing bribery and bid-rigging scandal, Reuter reports from Tokyo. Kishiro Nakamura, construction minister in the previous Liberal Democratic Party government, was arrested hours after the lower house of parliament stripped him of parliamentary immunity.
