Taipei (AFP) - Taiwan will sever diplomatic ties with South Korea tomorrow in retaliation for Seoul's decision to switch recognition to Peking. The Foreign Minister, Frederick Chien, also announced a series of other measures to come into effect on 15 September, including the suspension of flights between the two countries and the cancellation of preferential trade practices.
