The Government confirmed yesterday that Brazil's most wanted fugitive, Paulo Cesar Farias, had fled to London, Reuter reports. A Home Office spokeswoman said that while there was no formal extradition treaty, 'We can always make ad hoc arrangements' depending on the merits of the case.
