GAZA - Israel confined more than 400,000 Palestinians to their homes in the occupied Gaza Strip and prohibited the rest from leaving the area yesterday while troops searched for the killers of three Israeli soldiers, Reuter reports. 'The closure is to prevent the flight of suspicious persons from the Strip,' the Foreign Minister, Shimon Peres, said.
