Cairo - Police arrested a barber after he circumcised two sisters with a razor blade, resulting in the death of a 10-year-old and the hospitalisation of her sister. Noura el-Dahesh died of loss of blood and an overdose of painkiller. Her 12-year-old sister, Heba, was in a serious condition with heavy bleeding. AP
