MOSCOW (Reuter) - Mikhail Gorbachev, fined the symbolic sum of 100 roubles for contempt of Russia's Constitutional Court, said that German well-wishers had sent him enough money to pay twice over. At a news conference, he held up two 100-rouble notes signed 'from German students' and 'from your friends'.
