Grief for skater

SHEFFIELD LAKE, OHIO - Ernesto Punsalan, father of the American Olympic figure skating star, Elizabeth Punsalan, has been stabbed to death. His son, Rickey, is being held on suspicion of the murder. Ms Punsalan and her husband, Jerod Sallow, were to represent the US in the ice dance event at the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, this month. It was not known if Ms Punsalan and Mr Sallow would still take part in the Games. AFP
