Gypsy curfew

Bratislava (Reuter) - Spisske Podhradi, a village in Slovakia, has imposed an 11pm-4.30am curfew on gypsies, saying it is intended to 'decrease the crime rate', the Czech news agency CTK said. 'The gypsies can do everything while the police can do nothing,' CTK quoted Mayor Frantisek Slebodnik as saying.
