A panel appointed by the US Figure Skating Association began a two-day meeting yesterday to consider Tonya Harding's Olympic fate, while FBI investigators study new evidence that could link her to a plot to attack her rival, Nancy Kerrigan, Reuter reports from Portland, Oregon. Police are studying a handwritten note with the name of the arena where Ms Kerrigan practises. If authenticated, it could corroborate an account of Ms Harding's involvement in the plot against Ms Kerrigan.
