Birmingham (Reuter) - An Alabama judge approved a dollars 4.2bn ( pounds 2.7bn) settlement - one of the largest liabilty settlements ever - for 90,000 women who had breast implants made by 60 silicone manufacturers, but modified it to exclude some women outside the US who filed separate suits.
